Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada is one of the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous television shows. Her family fled Afghanistan and seeking refuge in the US. She was born there. Ghanizada was raised to a young age in Northern Virginia and is the second child in a family with two older sisters. Ghanizada made her debut in the field of TV through a handful of National Commercials. Ghanizada's performance on the Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara received her a nomination for the Best Actress award at one of the film festivals. The actress was an actor in a variety of TV shows, such as How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Most recently, she played as a character supporting for the film Blood Shot (2009). In addition, she appeared as an independent comedian in You Only Better 2009. In 2008, Ghanizada joined the cast of The General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital. as the character Dr. Saira Bhata, an expert in holistic health care during the show's second season. Ghanizada was cast in the role of Kelly the Prada salesperson on HBO Entourage.
